The usage rules applicable to each type of Paid Service are detailed below, and may change over time as we add new features, tools and games to our platform. Basiful Games Premium Subscription
By subscribing to Basiful Games Premium, you gain unrestricted access to our catalog of software, games, and premium digital tools in exchange for a recurring subscription fee. Your access is tied to your active BasifulGames account.
Unlimited Downloads: Premium members are granted unlimited, full-speed downloads for all available products on the platform. Standard accounts are restricted to a single download session per product; however, if a product is updated to a new version, standard users are allowed one additional download to get the new version. Premium users can download installation files as many times as needed across their personal devices, regardless of version updates.
Beta Versions & Early Access: Certain software and games may feature early testing versions ("Beta Versions") exclusive to Premium members. These versions are developmental, may contain bugs, and are provided on an "as-is" basis to gather community feedback before the official release.
Developer APIs & Tutorials: Premium members receive access to exclusive API keys and comprehensive step-by-step documentation for our web tools and software. API access is subject to fair-use rate limits to ensure stability for all platform members.
Usage Restrictions and Guidelines
Your Basiful Games Premium account and its associated benefits are strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing your account credentials, redistributing raw installation files, or reverse-engineering premium software endpoints to bypass authentication is prohibited and may result in account termination without a refund.
Offline Availability: Once a game or software is successfully downloaded and installed on your device, it can be accessed offline. However, some applications may require an active internet connection for initial licensing verification or cloud-based sandboxing features.
Catalog Updates: Basiful Games reserves the right to add, modify, patch, or temporarily remove specific products or tools from the Premium tier to ensure security, compliance, or system maintenance.
